FROM THE PASTORS DESK

A Word from our Pastor: ? Who are We ?

  • We are: a member of the Assemblies of God (A/G) Churches in NZ.

  • The A/G’s: are a world wide group of Christian Pentecostal Churches, who came into being as a result of the Holy Spirit’s out-pouring, early in the 20th Century.

  • Technically Speaking: we follow in the Reformation Evangelical tradition with the added expectation of the Holy Spirits gifting and power.

  • If you visit us: and we hope you will, we are confident that God can do the same for you as He’s done for us, and potentially even better! “We’d love to make the introductions!”

  • We are: a Family styled gathering with a diverse multi-cultural congregation.

  • What are our Services like? We love God, because we’ve been so powerfully touched by Him ourselves. So when we get together, our expression of that love ranges from Joyful Celebration in song to powerful Worship and Ministry.

  • Our prayerful aim is that: with the Bible as our standard, everything we do will be led by The Holy Spirit of God so He can cut loose and do whatever He wants among us. As a result The glorious tangible Presence of God can frequently be sensed in our meetings. Anything good can happen, and usually does!
